Michael Attends Greets U.S Troops In Japan.
Michael Jackson visited a U.S army base in Japan in south Tokyo today.

Approximately 3000 U.S tropps and there families gathered at a fitness centre at Camp Zama. Michael had a walk round and greeted the troops and thanked them for there service to their country, stating from a pre-prepared statement "Those of you in here today are some of the most special people in the world." Jackson said to the crowd, reading from a statement. "It is because of you in here today, and others who so valiantly have given their lives to protect us, that we enjoy our freedom."

Michael Attends Fans Appreciation Event.
Yesterday Michael attended an VIP Party where fans paid $3400 to attend and meet him. Today he attend a fan appreciation event which cost just $130 so a chance for lesser affluent fans to see him. He took to the stage and sang along to a recording of his hge 90's worldwide hit single "You Are Not Alone".

Michael Jackson Attends VIP Party.
Michael Jackson was reported to be looking relaxed and comfortable when attending a VIP Party in Tokyo Japan.

Guests had paid 400,000 ($3400 / £1800) for a ticket to the special event. Michael was an hour late arriving to the event and the paying guests had to wait an hour in the cold.

The guest were treated to hugs and handshakes and a photo with Michael. Apart from meeting Michael there was also entertainment by Michael Jackson impersonators.

As well as the paying guest, 100 orphaned or handicapped children were invited to the event.

Michael was also reported to have said that he wouldn't change the path of his career, despite "deliberate attempts to hurt me."

MICHAEL JACKSON Arrives In Japan.
Michael Jackson arrived in Japan with his 3 children. He had a warm and excited greeting from many fans.

Later this week Michael will be attending a VIP guest party where fans have paid up to $3500 (£1800) to mingle with Michael for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Also Michael will be hosting a fan art contest. He will be judging the winners and its thought 3 luky winners will get to have brunch with him.

MICHAEL JACKSON SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT.
Michael Jackson's spokesperson has released the following press release today to several media outlets to clear up some rumours which have appeared in the press reagarding Michael Jackson.

Washington, D.C. …..Several unsubstantiated rumors have been reported in the media regarding Mr. Michael Jackson, all of which are erroneous and untrue.

• Mr. Jackson is not planning a concert tour with members of his family.

• Mr. Jackson has been presented numerous proposals…proposals which he has not solicited, but were presented to him, several of which include performing in Las Vegas. Mr. Jackson is currently reviewing and evaluating each proposal. He does not believe that he is under any time constraint for making his decisions. Therefore, reports that he has “been unsuccessful in finding a Las Vegas casino for his show, resulting in his having to turn to his family” are false.

• Mr. Jackson did not move to Las Vegas to shop a Vegas show. Mr. Jackson is in Las Vegas because he likes the city, and found it a convenient location to record with the artists, songwriters and producers who are working with him in the studio.

• Mr. Jackson has no current plans to appear or perform on “American Idol.”

• Mr. Jackson did not either solicit, ask to be given, or attempt to buy tickets to the recent NBA All-Star Game, as has been widely reported. Mr. Jackson was invited by several owners of NBA teams, as well as players, to attend the game as their guest. However, Mr. Jackson declined these kind invitations. Widely spread reports that Mr. Jackson sought tickets, and was denied his request, are completely false.

• Mr. Jackson never leased property from Michael Flatly in Ireland. Therefore, reports stating that he was “evicted” from property owned by Flatly are erroneous and defamatory.

• Mr. Jackson has not recently released or recorded a single with Pras.

allmichaeljackson says: Sums up why I only report official news as the vast majority of other rumours and stories are totally false. Although if Michael ever does tour again I think a family tour would be a great idea for many reasons. Although with a his young kids would a world tour appeal to him?? He has said before how difficult touring can be.
